Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.Â
- Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or refund.Â
- If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.Â
   2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Â You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order number)
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalized/custom items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products or intimate apparel).Â
   3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we will make it right at no extra cost to you.Â
- Please inspect your order upon receptions and contact us immediately.
- To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, we require clear photos and/or a short video showing the defect or the incorrect item received, along with the shipping label.Â
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you or issue a full refund.Â
   4.Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g. buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or choosing the wrong size), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
- Return Address: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping package. Contact our customer support team first at support@gownglow.com to receive the correct return shipping address.Â
   5.Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify your that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you for the approval or rejection of your refund.Â
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business daysÂ
