  1. Delivery Timeline

Our estimated delivery time globally is 6-13 days. 

  • Order Processing: Once your payment is authorized and verified, we immediately send your order to our fulfillment center. Please note that the total delivery window includes the time it take to package, qualify check, and hand over your items to the shipping carrier. 
  • Business Days: Delivery timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). 

      2. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders. Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

      3.Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

  • Your tracking number will become active and start showing live updated within 1-3 business days after dispatch. 
  • You can track your package directly on our website or by using your tracking number on global tracking services like 17track.net.

      4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

GownGlow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

       5.Delayed Packages & Exceptional Circumstances

While we do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives within the 6-13 day window, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to severe weather, high-volume holiday seasons, or customs backlogs. 

If your order experiences a significant delay, please contact our customer support team at supportgownglow.com, and we will investigate the status of your package immediately. 

       6.Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Because we process orders quickly to meet our fast delivery window, address changes cannot be guaranteed after purchase. Please double-check your details carefully.Â
