1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
To keep our prices low and our selection huge, we partner with premium global suppliers. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
> Note: If you order multiple different items (e.g., a dress and a piece of jewelry), they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times because they are dispatched from different specialized warehouses. Don't worry—they are all on their way!
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
With all original tags and packaging attached.
